Time Out for You

We’ve all heard the term ‘time out’.

It’s used in sports, in heated conversations, when children need to stop. You know when that voice in your head says: "You need time out for you!"

The dictionary defines time out as:

  • A time of rest or recreation away from one’s usual work or studies.
  • A brief suspension of activity.
  • A quiet period used with children.
  • A short period of time in sports events when the game stops and the players rest or talk to their coaches.
  • A period of time when you stop doing something so that you can rest or do something else.

Whatever the reason, take it to heart.

When you know it’s time for ‘time out’ for you.. consider a session of Therapeutic Massage.

You get to rest. You get to be away from your usual work & activity. You get to suspend it. You get to be quiet.

Massage helps.
